Receiving your results<\/h1>\n

The results release timeline for IELTS on Computer test is 1-5 days after the test date. The IELTS Test Report Form (or TRF) is the official confirmation of your test result that can be shared as proof of your English language proficiency. This will be an electronic version (eTRF) if you take IELTS on Computer test. You can download the electronic version (eTRF) from the Test Taker Portal<\/a> 1-8 days after your test. We will not issue an additional paper Test Report Forms by default. Please contact us at ielts-num@num.edu.mn<\/a> if you would still like to receive a hard copy Test Report Form.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Understanding your IELTS score<\/h1>\n

You will be awarded an IELTS band score for each test section of Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.<\/p>\n

Each will be graded from 0 – 9 to reflect your proficiency in English in each of these areas. These may be whole band scores (e.g. 5.0, 6.0, 7.0) or half band scores (e.g. 5.5, 6.5, 7.5).<\/p>\n

Your IELTS Test Report Form will also show an overall band score, which is a summary of your proficiency in English factoring in all four test areas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

How long your IELTS score is valid for<\/h1>\n

Your IELTS score will usually be valid for two years, but you should check the rules of the organisation you\u2019re applying to.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

We can send your Test Report Form directly to an organisation you\u2019re applying to<\/h1>\n

You can print your electronic Test Report Form (eTRF) to send it to the organisations you are applying to, or you can send it via email. Alternatively, you can request to send your results direct to the organization through the Test Taker Portal<\/a>.\u00a0An admin fee might occur when processing your additional Test Report Form request.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Want your test to be re-marked?<\/h1>\n

If you wish to make an enquiry about your test results, or have any section of the test re-marked, you can submit an Enquiry on Results (EOR) request up to six weeks after your test date.<\/p>\n

You can do this online through the Test Taker Portal or at the centre where you sat your test. There is a charge for having a section re-marked, but this will be refunded if your score increases for any section of the test.<\/p>\n

The outcome of Enquiry on Result (EOR) can become available on the same day as your application and up to 21 days after your application.\u00a0The time it takes depends on several factors, including the number of sections you\u2019ve asked us to re-mark.<\/p>\n

If you have not received a response after 21 days, please contact your test centre.<\/p>\n
