An admin fee might occur to process your cancellation request.<br \/>\n\u2022\tIf you give your test centre minimum 15 days\u2019 notice prior to your test date, refund of 75% of the test fee is paid unless for exceptional circumstances.<br \/>\n\u2022\tIf cancellation request is made within 14 days of the test date, test fee is non-refundable unless for exceptional circumstances.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"trans\">\n<h1>\u0428\u0430\u043b\u0433\u0430\u043b\u0442 \u04e9\u0433\u04e9\u0445 \u04e9\u0434\u0440\u0438\u0439\u0433 \u04e9\u04e9\u0440\u0447\u043b\u04e9\u0445<\/h1>\n<p>You must select a new test date, where available, within three months of your original test date. However, your transfer request may be charged dependent on how near to the test day it is made.<br \/>\n\u2022\tFor free transfer requests, you need to give your test centre minimum 15 days\u2019 notice prior to Listening, Reading, and Writing test date, unless for exceptional circumstances.<br \/>\n\u2022\tIf transfer request is made within 5 &#8211; 14 days of the test date, an admin fee of 25% of test fee paid is charged.<br \/>\n\u2022\tIf your preferred test date is within 4 days of the original test date, transfer is not allowed any transfer during this period is treated as a cancellation.<br \/>\nYou can only transfer the same booking twice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"exceptional\">\n<h1>Exceptional Circumstances and Special Consideration<\/h1>\n<p>On rare occasions, there may be instances where you are unable to attend your test or are disadvantaged on the test day owing to illness, injury, or another exceptional event outside your control and you no longer qualify for a standard cancellation, refund or transfer close to the test date. In these cases, including instances such as bereavement, civil unrest or domestic crisis, you may make an application to your test centre for special consideration due to exceptional circumstances. You can find more information on this process <a href=\"https:\/\/takeielts.britishcouncil.org\/take-ielts\/special-consideration-exceptional-circumstances\" target=\"blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Under certain circumstances outside of test centre control, we may have to cancel your test and transfer it to a future date.
